Our team comes from two worlds that don't usually sit at the same table. Creative solutions for deals that conventional terms can't close. And construction — not the consultant kind, the hands-on kind — so when a value-add property is on the table, we know what it actually costs, what it actually needs, and whether the deal actually works. That combination is what gives us a unique angle most people in this space have never been trained to see
